Discover why joining The 5AM Club may not be the best choice for you

European-based freelancers working with American clients, listen up! The 5 AM Club may not be the best fit for you, and here's why:

Time difference between Europe and North America
Living in London means that 8 AM is 3 AM in New York and midnight in Seattle. To have a meeting at 8 AM in Seattle, you would have to wait until 4 PM London time due to the 8-hour time difference.
If you want to wake up at 5 AM and get a full 8 hours of sleep, you would need to be in bed by 9 PM. This means starting your bedtime routine around 8 PM.
As a result, you only have about 4 hours (from 4 PM to 8 PM London time) for meetings with clients from Seattle, USA, or Vancouver, Canada.
However, by going to bed at midnight, you gain an additional 3 hours per day for calls and chats with clients and prospects. That adds up to 15 extra hours per week.
So, unless you plan on moving to the USA or Canada, it’s best to skip The 5AM Club.
